Occasionally the jenkins server will have issues with log in due to browser issues.
You can try a few of the following:
- Try to clear the browser cache and try again
- Double check & make sure you don't copy and paste any whitespace with the password or username
- It is also possible browser plugins are somehow causing you issues with this login, so you could try disabling all of these.
- Finally running your browsers incognito sometimes solves weird issues like this.
- Firefox may also work better than chrome.
